Title IX Notification
Title IX is a Federal Civil Rights Statute that states: No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.
For more information regarding Title IX or to report a violation or file a complaint, please contact the District’s Title IX Compliance Officer. The Compliance Officer is responsible for handling complaints of sex discrimination and sexual harassment.
