Returning Student Information Form (2026-27)

Attention Parents and Guardians:  The Returning Student Information Form (RSIF) will be active on August 10th. There are two ways to access the form. One method uses a Snapcode that will be sent via email on August 7th.  The second method to access form uses a link in the PowerSchool Parent/Guardian portal, which will also open on August 10th, does not require the Snapcode.
If we do not have an email address on file for you, please either use the Parent Portal to complete the form or contact the Registration Office to request a copy of the Snapcode be mailed to the address we have on file.  
Please do not complete a New Student Registration Form to update your information, as that is intended for new students to the district. Instructions, and the link to the RSIF form, can be found here.
